I have been training with Mark for 8 years. During this time he has not only shown me how to train physically to my limits to get stronger and fitter, he has also taught me so much about nutrition and building lifetime habits so I can reach and maintain my goals. During this period I've had two children and he has been able to bring me back into a state of strength and fitness, safely and in my own time, after each child using his knowledge and depth of experience when it comes to physical training and nutrition. He has always adapted my training and nutrition to my needs in order to reach my goals at the time.

I first met Mark back in 2013 we started training together to meet my specific fitness goals. Within a short space of time 6 months I was able to totally reshape by body, I was the fittest and strongest I had ever been in my life and most importantly injury free. Fast forward to 2017 and 18 months postpartum I was struggling. I was heavily over weight, no energy, I just felt awful. I contacted Mark and asked if he was up for the challenge a BIG challenge he instantly said yes, I knew then a healthy me was going to be achieved. Over the last 9 months I have achieved steady consistent results, increased fitness levels I look and feel 100% better without Mark I wouldn’t have been able to achieve any of this. Mark’s extensive knowledge in health and fitness means my training is continually changing to push me to my limits and keep me motivated and see results. The most important thing to me that Mark offers is his continual support, dedication and belief that we will reach my goals, he genuine cares for my health and well being.
